Pam is the owner of 18th Street Mortgage, and the broker for BP Federal Credit Union. She is a 
dedicated residential  mortgage  broker  with  over  15  years  of  experience  in  originating,  processing, 
 and  post audits.  Her expertise will produce a positive home buying experience that will be fast 
and efficient. The processing of your loan will be handled in-house from application to closing 
with great attention to detail by her senior processor who has over 30 years of experience, and is 
well versed in the industry.  Pam is able to offer the best rates and closing costs with several 
conventional programs through her wholesale investors. She also offers a niche program for expats 
on work visa’s that may not qualify for a traditional loan program.   Pam currently holds a 
mortgage brokers license (2002), a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the
